Revert steam DNS list to being "complete"
...
At time of writing, the Steam client for Windows (Mar 24 2023, at 10:12:43; 1679680416), Linux (Mar 24 2023, at 17:20:43; 1679680416), and the Steamdeck do not respect lancache.steamcontent.com any longer. Revert this list so that those clients actually use the cache, instead of bypassing it.
