Remove EA services temporaliy 
Removing EA services from cache temporarly as since the move from EA Origin to the EA app the config blocks updates to the EA app client.

Clean CDN hosts 
This change addresses some general housecleaning for CDN hosts:

* Removing all hosts that do not resolve
* Removing any rogue whitespaces in CDN `.txt` files
* Removing hirez CDN (as the only host could not be resolved)

1db98f3f56 Added new cache_domains file 
Added new cache_domains.json file to allow machine readable metadata to
be added about the CDN's configured here. Initialised with skeleton for
all current files

Updated README.md to explain the structure.
